Refund Policy
ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING
For customers who have selected our FREE (No Tracking) SHIPPING option, please note that we will provide you with Proof of Shipping only. This option does not allow you to track the status or location of your order after shipment. There is a risk that your product may not arrive at your doorstep. If your order has not been received within 60 days, please contact us, and we will escalate the issue to our Level 2 Support Team for a refund, no questions asked.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item by contacting us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include the following details in your return request:
- Your order number
- The reason for returning the item
Our Customer Service Team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Please note that only items purchased directly from Vionzi.com are eligible for returns. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- In original packaging, including all accessories, instructions for use, and documentation.
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when sent to you.
- No stains, folded tags, broken seals, or damaged plastic packaging.
Items returned in unacceptable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items purchased from retailers.
- Incorrectly purchased products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Returns without a receipt may be refused. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange at our discretion.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVE ARE FAULTY/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Image or video of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact phone number
In some cases, we may ask for a video or photo of the defective product as evidence before processing your refund or replacement.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Processing a return may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
- Full refunds will be issued for defective products.
- For non-defective items, refunds will exclude shipping and handling charges.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed by the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card issuer for details regarding when the refund will appear on your account.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the credit to be posted.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your order number and the requested modification, and we will confirm once the change has been made.
Please note: Any cancellations made after an order has been placed will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total order value. This fee is due to the merchant processor/credit card fees we incur upon cancellation.
Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
